Mary Sullivan

Mary Sullivan has practiced business law in Texas since 2000. Her practice areas include white collar crime, legal and medical malpractice, and civil litigation. She also sometimes consults with regard to family law issues that affect businesses, such as prenuptial agreement and/or divorce settlements involving co-owners. Before moving to Texas, Ms. Sullivan was a lawyer in Buffalo, New York, handling personal injury, criminal law, and family law. .

Ms. Sullivan graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1981 with a B.S. in education. She received her Juris Doctor in 1984 from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

Ms. Sullivan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Texas State Bar Association. In 2003 and 2004, the Dallas Bar Association recognized Ms. Sullivan as an Outstanding Volunteer for her work in the East and West Legal Clinics.

Jim Halter

Jim Halter provides specialized counsel to the Wysocki Legal Group's clients in the areas of business law and tax law. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney, which serves well in advising on franchising, commercial transactions, debt and equity finance, and financial restructuring. 

Mr. Halter received his Bachelor of Science from Canisius College in 1971, his MBA in 1977 from State University of New York at Buffalo, and his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in 1999.

He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association.

Allen Unger

As an expert in laws regarding patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, Allen Unger advises and protects Wysocki Legal Group’s clientele on one of their most valuable assets: intellectual property. Mr. Unger has practiced law since 1982 helping businesses with trademark protection, patent licensing, and litigation for trade secret theft. Mr. Unger is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
